This a machine designed especially for the P.P film laminating of thick paper. It’s can be used for fully laminating and when its system switch to window-type of thick paper, pumping the glue and apply on the surface of the sheet and transported sheet through conveyor to IR curing system for dry process. Heat up the upper roller by water temperature controller and press roller to pressurize each sheet for the laminating performance. Then through the cutting system its unique twin-disc knife to cut a gap then tear it up from the gap and forward to stacker automatically.

FUNCTIONS:
1)Newest model of high efficiency feeder enabled the vacuum pump to provide paper sucking, reduce noise and stability. Suitable to works with spot varnishing product.
2)The conveyor system adopted 9 pieces type of gripper for paper sheet feeding. The transmission chain system operated on high-speed printer structure with stable and safe rail conveyance. Both thick and thin paper can be used, also perform spot varnishing according to the product needs.
3)The steam-line feeding system allows carry gripper to receive and collect paper. The stacker system adopted wind pressure circuit. The main feature of the mechanism reduced noise, low malfunction, easy to change paper size and at random selects paper during operation.
4)The UV lamp case has three lamps per set. The system is electronic circuit designed. When paper feeding occur the lamp will automatically turn on. Thus when paper feeding is stopped, the lamps are switched back to semi-on position. This is to prolong the lamp life and to save power consumption. There is a stainless steel conveying grip below the lamp case, which rotated to match the operating speed. Once the paper falls down the conveying grip will automatically adjust back to prevent paper being shined by the lamp that may cause fire.
5)The UV oil pressure control roll is reversed rotated. It’s has the following characteristics:
(1)Newest rubber roll model adapts the hydraulic pressure control, so that the rubber wheel will not be damage, and a hydraulic oil flow control gauge is attached.
(2)By controlling the thickness of UV oil layer, the rubber roll can be oil less.
(3)The reverse designed rotation helps the dust on paper surface to be removed naturally, and to recover the oil back to the tank.
6)The special cooling system maintained the paper quality, and will not damage after the varnishing and laminating process.
7)The pressure roll adopts high-speed printer type adjustments. Single side adjustment, no needs to adjust back and forth, due to oil thickness at the right and left sides, oil pressure gauge is attached.
8)The older model of receiving roll usually cause oil specks on the varnishing paper and instead the air flowed system is been used. After the varnishing the paper will not have specks and the quality improved.
9)The speedy type-faced is changed from up and down, which saves time and less trouble compared with the older model. The type-faced can be adjusted from the four sides and enable precise spot coating matching with resin plate.
10)This machine can employ water based environment-friendly smoothing (shining) process, and has an INFRA RED RAY device (optional).
