Product Information:
裝備用途: 製造油水混合乳化重油。(無需添加乳化劑)
主要特性: 「均質重油乳化機」 ECH-A 可節省燃料油 15% - 35% ， 降低空氣汙染 ， 是現代化石能源製程「節能減碳」最佳寫照之高科技技術 。
「加含油工業廢水製成之乳化重油」，因「水中有油，油中有水」，其乳化油品之穩定性佳，水與油不容易分層分相，因不須添加乳化劑，可節省乳化油之製造成本；再者，乳化油品中之「含油水」，因「水中有油」，於燃燒時水中的燃料形成無數個引火點，且呈分子等級之均勻態分佈，所以不會有如傳統乳化油因水滴大小不均勻，或水之驟冷作用造成燃燒不完全之缺失。
工業上高濃度含油廢水之處理為頭痛之環保問題，常須以液體噴入式焚化處理，而成ECH-A之技術，可將必須花費高能源處理之含油廢水，轉變成高價之能源油品，亦可說是含油廢水之資源回收技術，針對該項技術，期能落實大幅節能與減少空氣污染物排放之目標。

Not easily accumulate coke in chamber, prolong life time of chamber and keep good thermal transmission effect.
Depend on requirement, the water additional ratio could reach as high as 35% or above.
The water used for emulsifying can be replaced by「organic industrial waste water」. It will be more environmental friendly as well.

效益 : 增溫液與瓦斯配合燃燒下，經由量子轉換器輸出，瓦斯消耗量可節省25%
