JIUH LIH PIGMENT PLASTICS CO., LTD., was founded in Taichung City, Taiwan in 1976 (Taiwan factory was established in Nangang Industrial Park, Nantou City currently), and Guangzhou plant was established in 1997 in Huadu District, Guangzhou City (Guangzhou factory was set up in Huadu Xinhua Industrial Park).
