Since 1997, Nanmat Technology Group has been developing, producing, and marketing advanced nano-scale chemical products, processes, and services for Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), and nano organo-ceramic coatings. NANMAT supplies high purity of CVD/ALD precursors, extensively used in thin-film process in semi-conductor industry. When applying to fasteners, with mere 2-3μm thick, NanoMate® high anti-corrosion sealants offer performance of more than1000hrs (red rust) in salt spray test. When applying to metals, NanoMate® gives not only corrosion protection, but also superior functions, such as anti-abrasion, anti-fingerprint, anti-graffiti. The most important is that eco-friendly NanoMate® contains no heavy metals, compliant with RoHS/WEEE/ELV/REACH.
