公司沿革 1994 成立良澔纖維股份有限公司，隸屬良瑋集團，為台化尼龍纖維總代理 1997 從國外引進電子加速器照射設備和開發先進照射高分子架橋技術，投入環保型發泡材之科技產業，並正式更名為良澔科技企業股份有限公司。 良澔科技藉公司優良實績，結合國內外專業人才，以前瞻性的「電子架橋環保型高分子發泡材」-伊特龍(eFoam)為主力產品，開拓國內外市場，並持續投入研發。 企業特色 綠色製程 本公司擁有多項先進清潔製程技術，從原料、製程至最終綠色產品，均以環保為依歸，遵守京都議定書決議，減少溫室氣體排放，並符合歐盟RoHS規範標準。 A.電子束照射架橋技術 以加速電子束照射高分子交聯的清潔生產製程，製造品質穩定的環保型功能性發泡材。 B.專利真空押出技術 降低或免用抗氧化劑的使用量，增加產量提升發泡品質。 C.無膠貼合技術 增加貼合效果，並突破傳統膠合劑使用的困擾與限制。 D.邊廢料回收及再生技術 為本公司專利技術(Recycle and Reuse)，將發泡材邊料廢料回收再利用。 專業產品研發 積極投入新技術與產品研發 良澔科技研發團隊本著「綠色生產」理念，結合工業研究院、中山科學院、核能研究所、淡江大學、塑膠發展中心、鞋技中心、紡織綜合研究所等產、官、學、研單位，推動多項研究開發。 積極參與政府開發計畫 多次取得經濟部工業局「主導性新產品計畫」和「協助傳統工業技術開發計畫」、經濟部技術處「產業開發產業技術計畫」等協助，開發功能性新產品，提升產品附加價值，並隨時提供最先進、專業的服務，提供客戶滿意的產品。 以人為本的管理模式 ERP作業流程 有效落實文件電子化，提高員工工作效率，及時、迅速、準確地掌握公司營運；自動倉儲系統則兼具轉運站功能，有效避免工安事故。 工廠內部提案改善 目的在於鼓勵同仁投入思考解決問題、參與製程和產品改善，培養精益求精的精神，更反應出良澔科技以人為本的管理思維。
