Elig 於 1998 年以摩擦材料的研發及創新為目的在臺灣成立, 匯集了美國、日本和臺灣業界資深的研發人員所開發出的摩擦材料技術, 不但承傳了各國的優點, 也在多方面創新, 成功的發展出 elig 獨有的 EFT 技術. 至今, elig 不僅是在品質和技術上被認可的原廠零件製造商, 也以創新的技術開發出多個等級的制動產品, 除了優越於原廠性能, 細分的等級更能確切的滿足客戶對不同剎車性能的極致需求.

Elig was established in 1998 in Taiwan to innovate friction materials. It has been intergrating the technology from the USA, Japan and Taiwan and form its own unique Elig Friction Technology, EFT. The innovativeness is also reflected to its various grades of brake compounds to accommodate the requirements from different types of drivers and riders.
