源益工業股份有限公司創立於西元1971年三月，集資新台幣壹佰貳拾萬元整，自美國購入對頭焊接機乙部，從事生產冰箱用銅、鋁接續管，供應國內所有冰箱製造廠，客戶群涵蓋台灣松下、大同、三洋、聲寶、大成、東元等公司，由於技術純熟品質優良，東南亞各國如新加坡、菲律賓、日本均使用本公司產品，在黃前董事長及黃總經理艱辛的開拓市場與卓越管理以及全體同仁的努力下，業績逐年提升，獲利狀況相當穩健，讓公司立於不敗之地。 但本公司並不以此為滿足，並由黃前董事長睿智之見解，冰箱市場有一定限制，為提高公司營業額和競爭力，必須跨入其他行業，於1978年九月正式進入橡膠業，並聘請日本籍橡膠工程師長期駐廠，全權負責一切技術與生產事宜，因此奠定了管理、品質、成本、交期及技術之基礎，更於2004年4月泰國順益廠完工，正式向海外進軍，投資成立泰國廠，邁向跨國服務的重要里程碑，由於本著 "精益求精、不斷創新、客戶滿意、永續經營"的經營理念，不斷向高品質、高性能挑戰及考驗，終能在橡膠製造業界佔有一席之地。 為了提昇公司的管理效率，並讓本公司品質制度能符合國際的經營理念，本公司董事會於1996年底決定引進ISO-9002品保制度，更於1999年拿到QS-9000，2006年提升為TS-16949，期能藉由制度化的管理與落實，讓公司能更上一層樓，並且以高品質的產品，回饋所有客戶的支持與愛護。

Yuan Yii Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in March 1971. With the NT$1.2million investment capital, we imported one high-end butt welder from the United States and started to devote ourselves to producing copper and aluminum connecting tubes and sell them to all leading refrigerator manufacturers in Taiwan. Our prestigious customers include Panasonic Taiwan, Tatung, Sanyo, Sharp, Dachan, Teco, etc. Thanks to our mature technologies and excellent quality, our products are well received in several Southeast Asian countries, including Japan, Singapore, and Philippines. Along with the joint efforts of our ex-presidents, Mr. Huang and Mr. Chien, as well as our whole staff in market cultivation, our sales and profits have both enjoyed stable growth year-to-year, building a solid basis to facilitate the company’s long-term development.
