三優生健康事業股份有限公司成立於2006年5月20日。在林昭亮董事長的帶領下，為了謀求全體人類在健康上福祉，根據1952年及2000年得到「諾貝爾生理醫學獎」的「神經脈衝」的特殊性下去研究，創新研發『易脈衝技術』。
