HO HSIN MOLD CO.,LTD. was founded in 1990. started making mold for different type on casting manufacturing in Taiwan, has steadily spared no efforts in the development and manufacturing of high quality and precision aluminum alloy casting molds. After years of expertise, we have become increasingly successful in manufacturing high quality and reliable products. Following the technology advancement in recent years, we have kept upgrading our technologies and equipment to ensure the level of product quality. Meanwhile, we also offer more competitive pricing, thus meeting customer‘s requirement. Each mold manufacturing step is conducted under the strict quality control. This ensures an overall mold product quality made by our factory. And right now the Ho Hsin mold co., ltd is top one for mold exporting in Taiwan. As an attempt to offer more excellent service, our factory moved to its existing plant in YangMei city in 2014. The new factory, with our well-trained technicians and latest equipment, expects to provide our clients with the best mold and service. The company has about 10 professional and experienced development engineers, have the ability to develop for all of the “forward” and “reverse” engineering of products and molds. Software for developing and measuring The company uses the latest HW and SW equipment. This, together with its specialized and technician expertise, enables the company to produce the best quality molds for customer. UG(NX) - Product and mold 3D model design and building up. NX/IDEAS - Product test analysis for impact、bending and life simulation. Cimatron/NX - NC machining program design. AUTO CAD - Mold design and being specification! Factory Equipment The company uses the latest HW and SW equipment. This, together with its specialized and technician expertise, enables the company to produce the best quality molds for customer. Mold Manufacturing Chart Each mold manufacturing step is conducted under the strict quality control and specialized certificate processes. We abide by the concept of best quality and highest efficiency to provide the most excellent quality molds with our customers. Capability Employees There are around 36 employees working for Ho hsin mold co., ltd.! 10 of them are designer and program maker! Mold manufacturing We can manufacture 60 molds per month. We have order for 45 molds around (booked capability) per month; hence free capacity will be under 15 molds. We had manufactured around 505 molds for 2012; 500 molds for 2011; 540 molds for 2000 year. We had around 11000 molds which be manufactured!
