本公司成立於1994年，初期代理日本SIGMA公司之YAG、CO2 雷射雕刻機設備，從事雷射雕刻代工/加工＆雷射雕刻設備銷售。1996年取得日本MASTUO公司之YAG、CO2 雷射雕刻機設備臺灣總代理權。 本公司有獨立的技術維修群，不定期派遣人員前往日本接受技術培訓，1997年獲得日本MASTUO公司認同，代為服務維修東南亞地區設備。本公司CO2雷射雕刻機設備並於2000年接受日本MASTUO公司技術轉移在臺灣OEM製造。另因應市場不斷提升之需求，本公司於2001年代理美國Excel Laser及德國ACI的Diode Laser(二極體雷射)。 雷射雕刻機在歐美日市場行之有年，其優點-快速(不必溫機)、簡便(不必鋼模、網版，檔案資料存取方便快速)、穩定、美觀(光學無接觸面)、不易脫落，有效提高產品之附加價值。雷射雕刻機在臺灣，迅速代替傳統的油墨印刷及鋼印、電印(蝕印)的市場。雷射打標機/雷射刻字機除了金屬材質外，在非金屬材質(如電子元件(IC、半導體、電阻、電容器、石英振盪器)，透光式面板、鍵盤、汽車音響面板、IC、PCB主板、木材、紙材等)亦有卓越的效果。流水序號雕刻，一維、二維條碼雕刻皆可輕鬆上手。
