邦達電子成立於1991年8月，爲一外資企業，總公司設立在臺灣桃園縣中壢市，中國營運據點分廣東深圳和上海昆山2處。邦達電子(深圳)有限公司，成立於一九九六年八月．地處廣東深圳沙井鎮；二千零二年五月於上海成立邦達電子(昆山)有限公司，各廠房面積7,200平方米；登記資本8.000萬臺币；員工總人數大約300人。上海公司又於2005年7月遷至昆山新廠。

Bontech Electronics Co., Ltd was founded in August, 1991. As a foreign-funded enterprise with over 300 employees, the Company has its headquarter in Jhongli City, Taoyuan County of Taiwan, covering an land area of 15,000 square meters. At present, it holds a capital sum of 80 million TWD and two operational plants in China mainland. The first one is in Shajing Town, Shenzhen of Gangdong; the other one is in Kunshan of Shanghai. As a specialized manufacture, the Company can produce remote controllers for TV, DVD, STB, LCD TV, PROJECT, monitor, audio equipment, digital photo frame 。
