無衝突礦產政策
衝突礦產系指金(Au)、鉭(Ta)、鎢(W)、錫(Sn)等來自剛果民主共和國及與其接壤之其他國家(鄰近國家)受武裝團體控制的礦區所開采及銷售之金屬礦產，由於開採或控制上述礦產衍生人權、種族及非法利益等嚴重議題，身為電子產業供應鏈之一員及地球村成员之一份子，本公司自當善盡企業社會責任，除遵照EICC&GeSI所訂定之行為準則與相關要求外，亦已進行供應鏈調查，並寫成政策，如下：
1.不使用來自剛果共和國及與其接壤之其他國家(鄰近國家)所產出的衝突礦產
2.致力要求上游及各原料供貨商，拒絕使用來自衝突區域的衝突礦產

Conflict-Free Minerals Policy
As part of a member in the electronic industry and global village, we are taking corporate social responsibility, in addition to comply with the related requirements and the code of conduct which prescribed by EICC & GeSI, and we carried out the surveys within the supply chain to assure â�慒蕌RC Conflict-Freeâ�� for the minerals of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt(Co) and tin (Sn) are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and benefit armed groups in the DRC or adjoining countries whose activities are linked to human rights violations, and controlled by non-governmental military groups. We hereby formulated policy as follows:
1. Not to purchase or use of conflict minerals from mines in conflict areas of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and from adjoining countries.
2. Request upstream and all raw material suppliers to refuse to use conflict minerals from the conflict regions.
