(I)the Basic Structure and Working Principles of the Dust Collector:
The Dust Collector has a dust capturing structure or a filter bag for filtering dusty exhaust gas. This structure includes functions of inertial force, interception, diffusion, gravity sedimentation and electrostatic attraction.
The dust collector can be divided into the wall hanging, the cyclone and the pulse-jet ones based on the methods of cleaning the filter bag. Among them, the pulse-jet dust collector cleans out the filter bag with the countercurrent flow of high pressure, so it has the best cleaning effect. Besides, it also allows continuous operation, so it is often used to process medium to large air volume.
(II)Product Features:
1.The high-quality dust collector is suitable for use in places that require continuous collection of the dust in high concentrations. The machine has functions for automatically control of the cleaning (high pressure air) time and intervals. And you don’t need to shut down the machine when you are shaking off the collected dust. In general, it has stable performance, as the dust collection efficiency is pretty high.
2.The dust can be shaken off instantly with spray washing,so the pressure loss is fixed with less change in the air volume and higher efficiency.
3.The high-density filter cloth is used for convenient inspection and replacement from the outside.
4.The high-density filter cloth can be extracted from the upper side, so it is quite simple and convenient for disassembly and replacement. As for management, it requires less labor with the time cycle controller that allows stable performance in dust collection.
