(I)Introduction to the Product Features
1.The model uses a large space design concept to increase the height of the machine, and the surrounding space of the gearbox becomes wider for more convenience during the repair and maintenance process.
2.The finely ground raw materials are transported to the grinding machine via the conveyor, and the flow of raw materials is controlled by the metering system, which allows the raw materials to be poured into central bottom of the grinding machine. The raw materials are pushed out by the centrifugal force of the rotating disc to be ground between the grinding wheels. Then, the oil hydraulic system controls the grinding pressure and grinds the raw materials into fine powder in the three-wheel grinding zone.
3.The products with a specific surface area of 1250 m2/g can be directly produced by the vertical mill equipment.
4.The gearbox is made of ductile cast iron, which makes the grinding force evenly distributed to increase the stability of the machine relatively. At the same time, there is no problems of steel plate welding or uneven mechanical stress and mechanical stress, which greatly improves the life of the gearbox.
5.The safety factor of the large-modulus hard-tooth-surface design is increased by 3.5 times compared to that of the increased drive shaft diameter and the bearing-type gearbox.

The vertical milling machine can be widely used in cement, electric power, metallurgy, chemical, non-metallic mineral and other industries, which are mainly focused on three areas of non-metallic mines, pulverized coal and slags. In particular, the vertical milling machine is undoubtedly the most professional equipment for milling of non-metallic minerals such as calcite, limestone, talc.
