FULLY AUTOMATIC WATER-BASED P.P FILM LAMINATING MACHINE (FOR BOTH WINDOW-TYPED AND OVERALLFUNCTION BY DISC KNIFE & FLYING SYSTEM)
This a machine designed especially for the P.P film laminating of thick paper. It’s can be used for fully laminating and when its system switch to window-type of thick paper, pumping the glue and apply on the surface of the sheet and transported sheet through conveyor to IR curing system for dry process. Heat up the upper roller by water temperature controller and press roller to pressurize each sheet for the laminating performance. Then through the cutting system its unique twin-disc knife to cut a gap then tear it up from the gap and forward to stacker automatically. 1.Latest type of feeder adopt vacuum pump for suction and feeder. The feeder is stable and less noise. With the stream-type structure to be able work with non-stop condition. It will not water the P.P film as well save the time and manpower. 2.Special design of align structure meets for vary of sheet size and thickness. The sheet can be aligned with vertical position and enable the laminating quality done delicately, easily, accurately. 3.Coating system using unilateral adjusting control, which enable coating evenly and to use motor control coating automatically and separate roller from sheet for the convenience for operation. 4.The setting of overlap and transport adopt without distance limitation. The sheet able to decide the time of feeder and reduce sheet wastage. 5.Curing system adopt newest heat wind design and the structure won’t lose the temperature. Its enable P.P film reach to the rapid drying in the short time. 6.Auto paper cutter adopts disc knife as an auxiliary for flying knife enter the cutting position. When film laminated on the paper that close the cutting edge, disc knife can cut a small gap from overlapping section and flying knife will easy enter the cutting. 7.The MPET material is hardness and not easy to tear it up. After passes through the laminating cutting section, you can using this system to cut it off immediately. The finished products will deliver to stacker automatically. 8.The laminated products will delivery to stacker automatically. Convenience the operator to control all the finished products. Besides, the stacker will align the sheet with three sides to ensure the sheet stack with perfect alignment. Once the sheet reach to certain quantity that operator can remove the pallet without stop the machine.
