FULLY AUTOMATIC WATER-BASED P.P. FILM LAMINATING MACHINE(DISC KNIFE & FLYING KNIFE SYSTEM)
Function: 1.Newest type of high efficient feeder adopt vacuum pump to feed the paper and enable to provide paper stability and reduce noise. The stream-type mechanism enables non-stop operation, no wastage of PP film, saves time and manpower. 2.The special mechanism for paper rectification is fits for all kinds of thick and thin paper size feeding, also ensured accurate lamination position. That makes delicate quality. It is easy to operate speed and accurately. 3.This machine adopts the latest paper length settings and the paper positioning design with servo motor. 4.Glue coating system adopts left and right side unilateral adjusting control, which enable gluing evenly. The motor control is the convenience of gluing and un-gluign production automatically. 5.The new type of dryer equipment designed by heating wind and warming structure. It mechanism enable PP film to reached speed and dried in shorter time. This machine was specially created to ensure optimum space application and to reducing operational cost. 6.Auto paper cutter adopts disc knife as an auxiliary for flying knife enter the cutting position. When film laminated on the paper that close the cutting edge, disc knife can cut a small gap from overlapping section and flying knife will easy enter the cutting. 7.The MPET material is hardness and not easy to tear it up. After passes through the laminating cutting section, you can using this system to cut it off immediately. The finished products will deliver to stacker automatically. 8.The electronic circuit designed system enable the operating speeds easily controlled, reduce noise and low breakdown rate.
